Good application, good service, and additional insurance for trip disruptions, including support and compensation if you’ve purchased that option. The only thing that bothers me personally is that if you forget to set some parameters during the flight search and need to go back to change something, the price for the same flight instantly increases by several percent - even if the carrier hasn’t changed the fare. That’s definitely not a pleasant feature.

Extremely unreliable & zero real support. My first flight was delayed by 30 min, causing me to miss my connection by just 10 min. I had Kiwi’s “Connection Protection” but they refused to rebook or help, told me to buy a new ticket myself. Then kept me waiting over 3 months pretending my refund was “in progress” before finally refusing everything. I paid over ¥50,000 extra + hotel. Completely unreliable, they abandon you when things go wrong.

Worst experience with them; Being a frequent traveler simpler things are complicated and delayed with Poor API in Chat app. Customer care team is super slow without any solution. UAE Call Number no one picks, i called waited for 17 minutes. No one. Bought extra Luggage got revised e-ticket saying Luggage is added but airline denied that its not in the system. Very unprofessional company. It was first and last Experience. I would give a Zero Star if there was an option
