I have this alarm system installed at various places to which I have an access. Earlier I used to get an alarm audio notification when alarm would go off anywhere. But I am not sure what has gone wrong that now I get the notification only when I open the app for some reason. I have given all permissions to the app in the setup. Any advice?

Hi Harish, we are not really sure about your problem. Can you please let us know which device do you have? You don't get only sound notification or in generally?
