I signed in then navigated to My Events page and went into infinite loop of authorisations. App was frantically opening the browser, closing it, opening, closing. Just a mess. Has it even been tested once before release? I open the app mostly for quick access to tickets. Now my ticket is in 2 more clicks than before. Most likely gonna use emails instead of the app because it is less clicks. Why hide the essential functionality deep into navigation?

With every passing year this app gets worse. The "security" makes it nearly impossible for legitimate users to get tickets because you keep getting kicked out, having to sign back in after losing your place in queue. Meanwhile scalpers still buy enough that events are sold out in less than a minute. Now the app pops up ads to sell any tickets you manage to get, because price gouging once is apparently not enough. Garbage app from a garbage company.

Consistently says no tickets are available ("Sorry, we couldn't find any results") as if something is sold out. I was suspicious seeing this about a match that, based on news reports, I knew wasn't sold out. Checked online and there were thousands of seats available. I tried reinstalling, clearing the cache etc. but it didn't solve anything.
