And I'm done with Zoho. Apart from finding the inbox layout not very intuitive, the app inbox only updates every few days, or hidden in another folder, so I *have* to rely on the desktop version. And then not being able to reply to emails because they "looked suspicious" - even though it was a convo I'd already been having. But the last straw was nearly missing an important zoom meeting because the appointment email got sent to spam. Bye Zoho - alot of promise but poor execution

I'm a paying customer. Despite clarifying the search bugs on Android app, not present in iOS app, developer still hasn't updated the app to rectify this. It has been a few months already. update Oct 2025: after almost a year, problems are still not solved. tech support understands the problem but they don't seem to care for the Android app. the iOS app is working fine in the search.

The Zoho Mail app has a user-friendly interface, with notable issues: 1. When pasting text from outside the app into email body, paragraphs don't transfer over. Requires manual editing to separate them 2. No 'undo' function 3. No filters (for sorting messages into specific folders) 4. On free account plan, I created a 2nd user as a secondary email but had no way to delete it 5. Text in the email body disappeared one time, hence why I resort to pasting text now I hope they fix the above.
