Hyviä lyhyitä harjoituksia päivittäin tehtäväksi. Tuntuukin kasvoissa varsinkin jos tekee 2 kertaa peräkkäin harjoituksen. Maksullinen sovellus.

Unmotivational breathing excersises and boring lessons. I was expecting more intense workout and guasha massage. Not my cup of tea.

Tosi kiva tehdä harjoituksia selkeiden videoiden ansiosta. Ohjelma tuntuu myös tosi tehokkaalta. Itselläni ainakin tosi hyvät tulokset.
