after unsubscribing in 2024 oct, they kept withdrawing the monthly payment of 49 usd! I cannot get a refund and they do not respond to emails! be careful, do not download!

Information about discounted opportunities is misleading, information is inaccurate. I ended up paying A LOT instead of free trial. Be careful if you are not that experienced (just how I wasn't)

After several emails, I got a 50% refund. I had two subscriptions for different services, which wasn’t clear, and I couldn’t cancel them easily. Support didn’t respond until I left a bad review. After that, they were helpful. Still, the experience was terrible—I don’t even remember the app, just the frustration of trying to unsubscribe from unclear subscriptions. I hope you take the bad reviews seriously and improve things, because right now it feels shady.
