Great dissatisfaction, the app is misleading on price, almost a 100€ are withdrawn from my account every month! That's 100€ thrown out the window! I also do not understand how it is possible, that I am charged two fees per month on one account! Not to mention the fact that I can't log into my account and thus am unable to even use the app for that outrageous money! When I paid, it was stated that it would be easy to cancel the subscription, but that is not possible aGreat disss I cannot log into

Hello Žofia. We're sorry to hear about your frustration. Our subscriptions are set to auto-renew, and the full price is displayed before purchase. You can cancel anytime in your account under Account > Settings > Manage Subscription. If you're unable to log in, please contact us at support@luvly.care with "Luvly.Review" in the subject line.

I forgot that I should pay for a next period because I used this app less than three weeks. But I was charged nearly 52€ for next 3 months. I asked for my money immediately but according to the Terms of Use it is not possible to refund me my money. So, in this way, I have to pay for a service I do not use. I am really disappointed.
