way too many addsfor money, can't get far with what's free, no daily or hourly bonuses, I liked at 1st BT to slow to process, to hard to keep all going with very little energy. customer service don't respond, sometimes I gotta keep tapping screen because it don't acknowledge I'm tapping, lots of little bug fixes needed, they won't respond to delete game or personal data, SAD AN UNHAPPY WITH THIS GAME!

Long-time player here. Very disappointing over the past year that you keep making it more difficult to complete events without spending $$$. And don't get me going on coins. It's become a money grab, albeit with nice art, but that's not enough to keep me playing. Once I'm done with my current stash of gems, I'm out. It was fun for a while, anyway.

New update, updated, then it would not load (new format didn't fit phone screen), was the problem, apparently. Never has happened before. I, uninstalled, then reinstalled the game. Made sure there was plenty of Data Storage left. Then loaded it again. No, it still doesn't load. Please fix my favourite game, sad face until then,😭 Kylee
