Terrible customer support. I have 7 now pending transactions. Some are months old. I've read several reviews with similar issues. I think it may be time for a class action lawsuit! Emailing cus. support has got me no where. They are scamming people at this point! I keep getting told to be patient! It's run out! Anyone wanting to start the class action. HMU!!!

After your review they want you to go to their customer service website then complain. After that they will email you and get your account ID then they will process it because they experience technical issues. Lol it's been a month since your TECHNICAL ISSUES stuff!!! They won't let you withdraw your mined Bitcoin guys, don't install this app all of their apps are like this!!! I warned you guys never ever pay for their stuff because until now I can't withdraw mine🤣🤣🤣.

Everything was good until I tried to make a withdrawal and it didn't go through. All it said was "processing." Their "help" section said it's my wallets fault, and it is deposited it just says it isn't. I'm using their wallet, which accepts funds from my CTPool. then the next withdrawal got stuck on "processing." then the next. and the next. now, weeks later, I'm scared to withdrawal because I'm just gonna lose my crypto. complete scam, save your money and just buy crypto.
