The app doesn't provide any other languages beside Russian, the first time i had this SIM card was back in november 2021, it was working just fine, i had the unlimited data tariff, then they chagend it to 50gb per 500, and now it became 700 only for the 40gb or the 45 one. You should really take a step back and just think about these modifications that you did made in less than 2 years.The data doesn't last more than 15 days as if we ate it instead of using it. Your service is the worst 👎

The app doesn't work at a minus balance. Bank apps don't work either. It's unclear how to pay with a negative balance. They charge a 200 RUB / $3 commission for the promised payment, a rip-off from Beeline. Turn on online banks! Приложение не работает при отрицательном балансе. Приложения банков тоже не работают. Непонятно как оплатить связь при отрицательном балансе. За обещанный платеж берут комиссию 200 руб, грабёж от Билайн. Включите онлайн банки при отрицательном балансе!!

Здравствуйте.В приложении можно оплатить при отрицательном балансе: с привязанной карты или привязав карту в разделе «Сервисы»—«Баланс». Стоимость обещанного платежа зависит от суммы услуги и средних расходов.
